Terms of Use
These terms apply to your use of Sudoku Garden version 1.0 on iPhone.
Using the app
You may use Sudoku Garden for personal, non-commercial entertainment in accordance with these terms and the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions that apply to your download.
Local progress
Game progress is stored locally. Version 1.0 does not provide an account, cloud sync, or a recovery service. You are responsible for understanding that resetting progress, deleting the app, or losing device data may permanently erase your puzzle and Garden state.
No purchases or prizes
Version 1.0 is free, contains no advertising or in-app purchases, and awards no money, property, or real-world prize. Drops and Garden items exist only inside the game.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the app, attempt to disrupt it, reverse engineer it where prohibited by law, or use its artwork and other protected materials outside permissions granted by applicable law.
Intellectual property
Sudoku Garden, its original interface, artwork, and game presentation are owned by or licensed to Liu He. Third-party open-source components and fonts remain subject to their respective licenses.
Availability and changes
The app may be updated, changed, suspended, or discontinued. Features and device compatibility may change in future versions. We aim to preserve local progress during ordinary updates but cannot guarantee recovery after deletion, device failure, or unsupported modification.
Disclaimer
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the app is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Liu He is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the app, including loss of local game progress. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liability that cannot legally be limited.
Governing terms
Applicable consumer law and Apple’s terms may give you rights that these terms do not override. Any governing-law statement should be interpreted subject to mandatory law in your place of residence.
