Sudoku Garden is a calm, offline-friendly Sudoku game where solved puzzles earn Drops for a persistent kitchen garden.

Start and play a puzzle

  1. Open Sudoku Garden. A puzzle is ready immediately.
  2. Tap an empty cell, then choose a number.
  3. Use Notes for candidates, Undo for your last move, Erase to clear a cell, or Hint for guided help.
  4. Tap the difficulty button to choose a new puzzle.

The timer counts active Sudoku time. It pauses when you manually pause, switch to Garden, lock your iPhone, or put the app in the background.

How hints work

Hint first suggests a useful cell and a logical direction. You can then choose to reveal the answer. Revealed cells are recorded as hints and may affect the completion bonus.

Drops and Garden growth

Completed sections collect puzzle Drops. Your permanent Drop balance is settled when the puzzle is completed, once per puzzle run. Open Garden, tap an empty bed, choose a Seed, and give it its first Water to begin the real-time growing clock.

Carrot, Tomato, Lavender, Cabbage, Pumpkin, and Beans grow automatically through visible stages over 2, 4, or 8 hours. Each plant has two calm Water moments: the first starts growth, while the optional mid-growth Water protects the full Basket yield. Missing the second Water never kills or stops a plant, and Seeds and Collection progress remain safe.

When a plant reaches Mature, you can Harvest now or spend 24 Drops to keep growing through its extended lifecycle. Harvested Produce stays in the Basket and can be used for optional Garden Requests. More harvesting and Collection progress can open larger Garden areas.

Local-only progress

Important: Puzzle and Garden progress stays on this iPhone. Version 1.0 has no account or cloud sync. Deleting the app also deletes its progress.

Reset all progress

  1. Open the puzzle menu (…).
  2. Choose Settings.
  3. Choose Reset all progress, then confirm.

This permanently erases the current puzzle, Drops, crops, harvests, and settings on the device.
