Get help with installation, site access, local profile data, resume import, or unexpected form-filling results.
Before contacting support
- Confirm that you are on a supported ATS or that you explicitly enabled the current HTTPS hostname.
- Open Job Autofill Assistant and confirm that a local profile is selected.
- Choose Review & fill. The extension does not fill a page merely because the page was opened.
- Review fields under Needs your input. Uncertain or sensitive answers are intentionally left for you.
- Refresh the application page after changing site permissions.
What to include in a support request
- Job Autofill Assistant version.
- Chrome version and operating system.
- ATS platform name and hostname only.
- A short description of the expected and actual result.
- A redacted screenshot with names, email addresses, phone numbers, resume content, and application answers removed.
Important product boundaries
Version 2.6 is local-first and has no account, cloud sync, AI, Networking, telemetry, or diagnostic upload. It never clicks the final Submit or Apply button. LinkedIn is permanently excluded from page access.
Clear local data or revoke access
Open Privacy and data use in the extension to preview local data categories, export value-free diagnostics, clear local storage and resume files, or revoke optional site permissions. Uninstalling the extension also removes its Chrome-managed local data.
